ranking in the online qualification. Athletes get a limited time to accept their invitation,

stated in their invitation mail. If spots are still open after the first invitation wave, the

following athletes in the leaderboard are invited.

4. ONLINE COMPETITION

Participants must complete the specified tests. All test descriptions for the online

stage will be published on circle21. Each description will include all relevant criteria.

During the event, it is the participant’s responsibility to follow the test format. This

includes meeting movement standards, completing all repetitions, adhering to time

requirements, and fulfilling all submission rules.

A judge on site is not mandatory. The participant is fully responsible for honest and

correct execution.

Video Submission

A complete video submission is required. (Using a fish eye lense is not allowed.) All

videos must be visible. For example: Videos on YouTube in private mode can’t be

judged.

The video must contain:

show the entire test without interruption,

valid and correctly submitted scores will be accepted.

The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, hardware failures, or software

malfunctions during upload or submission.

5. QUALIFICATION SCORING SYSTEM

The scoring of each event is based on fastest time, most repetitions or highest

weight and will be shown on the website. Every incorrect or invalid repetition according

to standards will be judged as a no-rep.

If the test is based on fastest time, the ranking will go from fastest to slowest time in

which the entire test is finished. If the test is based on highest number of

repetitions, the ranking goes from highest to lowest number of repetitions.

If the test is based on highest weight, the ranking goes from highest to lowest weight.

Ranking follows the following system: Participant who is placed first gets one point,

second gets two points, third gets three points, ..., 103rd gets 103 points etc. The

athlete who has the lowest sum of points after all qualification tests is first, the one

with the second lowest sum of points is second, and so on.

Every participant is responsible for upholding the standards.

Submission of scores in the online competition is based on honour and honesty. Final

result of the online qualification will be determined by the organiser following the rules

of ranking.

6. FINALS

and detailed test information will be announced closer to the event or at the event.

7. FINAL SCORING SYSTEM

Winners will be determined by the highest sum of points. Scoring follows a 100-point

scale for Tier A tests and a 50-point scale for Tier B tests.

Each test will be judged by an official judge, who will verify all criteria regarding

performance and ranking. Each athlete must sign the scorecard; a signed scorecard is

valid and cannot be contested. The head judge reserves the right to adjust scores if

there is sufficient evidence of a mistake. All judging decisions are final and binding.

In case of a tie for the first three places, the higher-ranked participant will be

determined by their highest finish in a single test. If a tie remains, the second highest

finish will be used, then the third highest finish, and so on for all tests.

If participants are still tied after comparing all tests, a 1:1 battle will be held in a

selected test on-site to determine the final ranking.
