Ready to compete?

Join our functional fitness competition in teams of two (female/female) across three divisions. Qualify through our online qualifier and earn your spot at the finals, August 14-16, 2026.

Divisions

SCALED

  • Deadlift: 55 kg | Front Squat, Clean, Jerk: 35 kg

  • Snatch: 25 kg

  • Dumbbell: 12,5 kg | Kettlebell: 16 kg

  • Skills with higher volume: Knees to Belly | Single Under

  • Skills with lower volume: Pull ups | Wall Walks | Rope Climbs

INTERMEDIATE

  • Deadlift: 70 kg | Front Squat, Clean: 60 kg

  • Jerk, Snatch, Overhead Squat: 50 kg

  • Dumbbell: 15 kg | Kettlebell: 20 kg

  • Skills with higher volume: Pull ups | Double Unders

  • Wall Walks | Toes to Bar | Kipping HSPU | Rope Climbs

  • Skills with lower volume: Chest to Bar | Pistols | Handstand Walk | Bar Muscle Ups
    (one athlete per team is sufficient)

RX

  • Higher loads with no weight cap, tested through rep-max events and speed ladders

  • Expect high-skill movements: Legless Rope Climbs | Ring Muscle Ups | strict Handstand Push-Ups

Online Qualifier

Qualification runs from March 16th to April 05th, 2026 - a chance for all athletes to secure their place in the final.
